Paul and Peggy Rowley lead the Mill End Loft project – one of many they have spearheaded in continuous support of the community of Bay City.

Family-owned Rowleys Tire & Automotive Services, Inc., started by Paul’s father Art, dates back to 1923. Paul and Peggy, both born in Bay City, were involved in creating the Bay Music Foundation, Bay Arts Council, Bay Area Community Foundation, the Riverwalk & Railtrail System, the World Friendship Shell, Ring of Friendship Fountain and more.

As half of the development partnership for Jennison Place and The Boathouse Condominiums, they will apply the same business principles, ethics, and love of community to the Mill End Lofts project.
